“The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were particularly comfortable, the bathrooms were well maintained and the kitchen had everything necessary to be able to cook and enjoy your stay. The complex could use a good refresh but was well kept. The balcony was small, but the view of the beach and ocean was fantastic. Management was responsive when we had questions. Check in was a little laborious after a day of travel - park outside the complex, get a key out of a lock box, walk around the……

“The condo is spacious and has excellent views and locations. We enjoyed the opportunity to gather our family and enjoy meals and special time together. The beach town was quiet in the middle of winter, but things were open and the opportunities for dining were amenable. We want to go back in the summer and do things it was too cold for in December.”

“The cleanliness and view was good. However, there was mold in washer and dryer smelled like it was burning and we needed to use both. Saw roaches and sadly there was broken glass on balcony when we first arrived and my 7 year old was cut. Maintenance found silverfish and states they did see roaches but they were there. I got a $83 refund but would expect more given the circumstances. Thank you”
