La habitación es súper espaciosa, cómoda, limpia y en perfectas condiciones. Agradezco que teníamos prime y Netflix. Y siempre que volvíamos cansados de nuestros paseos encontrábamos la habitación limpia y fresca. Los desayunos son buenísimos y el personal muy servicial y amable. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia muy agradable. Volvería en otra ocasión y la recomiendo……

“The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. ”

“Had a great time at the hotel. Literally down the street from all the restaurants and shops in the area. 10 min walk to San Felipe fort. Front desk staff was pleasant and spoke both English and Spanish. Also the complimentary breakfast was made to order. Definitely a great deal ”
