“They have bugs. Didn’t want to refund my money after checking in and discovering bugs. ”

“They don't have breakfast. The stay is comfortable. ”

“The floor I was on which was the 3rd floor smelled like cat pee. The First Lady I had that told me check in was at 4 and I asked if I could pay for an early check in she said they didn’t offer that but after doing some searching it said they did if you paid $20 so I was very upset about that if I hadn’t already paid for the room and could cancel and get my money back I would have went to a different hotel. The room was very nice though considering the smell on the 3rd floor the room did not……
