“Otel inanılmaz derecede pis ve soguktu. Odalardaki klima ısınma için yetersizdi. Odanın pisliginden dolayı duşa bile giremedim.”

“We stayed there for three days, I paid a lot of money for the better suite and expected good service, The WiFi would go out daily and you wouldn’t have it for hours, the key would blank out daily and if you are on a top floor that meant going down to the lobby and getting a new one, this happened three times with us. The bathroom shower had black mold and flooded, since we had a suite there was also a tub with shower we used that, but the water wouldn’t mix in the shower so it was either……

“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“Great apartment but make sure you have your confirmation number ready when you get there. Security is very rude and let’s you stand out in the cold until you find your reservation. Feels like you are under arrest! The owner George and the apartment is really really nice though. ”

“- Great service before/during the stay & enthusiastic staffs, they tried to do their best to - Clean room with comfortable bed - Good location (near the metro station, restaurants, supermarket...etc) - Fantastic breakfast - the hotel offerred airport transfer service, with good car and enthusiastic driver -However, the soundproof should be improved. There are bars and at downstairs and open until 2 am. not recommend to stay here if hard to fall asleep”
