“There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating!
The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff……

“We landed at the hotel after our sightseeing tour late evening by which time the Manager Yesy had gone for the day.
Our 1 night stay had an interesting set of rooms. We were 2 families- the entry had a sitting area with TV between the two bedrooms with separate lockable doors each.
It was a basic room with 3 twin beds for two people. Beds were comfortable and clean. Small bathroom.
Breakfast was included. Eggs were prepared on site; bread, fresh fruits, juices and coffee/tea.
