“This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. ”

“The owner personally checked on us and shared the interesting Hx of this carefully renovated 60’s motel. Great attention to the era. This motel was not affected by the 2025 Kerrville floods, but along with other hotels/motels provided free lodging for search and rescue volunteers for this devastated area. ”

“We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. The was more deer feed at the cabin, which we sprinkled in the meadow out front, and had lots of deer visitors which we enjoyed watching. We had questions about how to get to a favorite peach stand, which our hosts answered quite expertly with detailed directions. Breakfast was supreme, with farm fresh eggs, biscuit dough,……
