“The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything. There was enough space for us with our two sons. The photos on the listing are old photos so the exterior and some of the furniture is different. “This place is cute, clean and conveniently located. The balcony with the hammock is a great place to chill and listen to the sounds of the neighborhood. The AC is located in the bedroom which we found to be not a problem at all with the cross breeze, the little apartment stayed cool enough for the week we stayed mid April. Miriam came to check on us and got us extra towels throughout the week. We truly enjoyed our stay. ”

“Se encuentra muy bien ubicada la propiedad. Sin embargo hay algunas observaciones por hacer. Lo anuncian como de 4 recamaras con baño cada una y solo tiene tres. En la master bedroom no se pueden subir las cortinas blackout,una no sirve el cordon y la otra ni siquuera lo tiene. La caja fuerte no tenia baterias y no se pudo usar. La chapa de la puerta corrediza que da al balcon, estaba pegada con silicon y se cayo al abrirla. Solo hay una llave para abrir la unidad y eso dificulta cuando los……

“First of all we love this property. The location away from the busy north is amazing. Private beach... awesome. Room was cold and clean. “Karen was very good at communicating and helpful throughout and beyond the booking process. The directions to the property were great, it’s in a good location only minutes from the ferry and Playa Norte. My husband has difficulty walking and one of attractions of booking here was the property offered the use of peddle bikes, unfortunately they are in very poor condition, which was a disappointment to us and we had to get a lot of taxi’s. “The spot is beautiful. Felt like a private beach. The room could use upgrading, newer or less dingy towels, and do better in cleanliness. Or check in experience wasn’t the best as we couldn’t get a hold of the property manager and had to wait a while outside in humid hot weather until someone helped us to our room. That could have been a one off experience. I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the room, they could do better cleaning the build up throughout. Especially in the bathroom. Perhaps……
