“First time to Isla, won’t be our last. We loved our apartment, the courtyard & the pool. Such a great community of visitors & residents. Would gather and chat in the courtyard daily. Very safe & secure Location was amazing, one block from Hidalgo St., laundry service - 2 blocks away. We were at the beach in minutes. Any of our questions were answered quickly and completely. Isla is a very special place. We’ll be back !”

“Loved the property itself. Apartment very well located. Clean. Very nice pool. Close to everything. I would have appreciated that there is one or two pots for cooking. The concierge Esteban is very nice and always ready to help. A little noisy because of the proximity of bars. But an overall great place. ”

We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, but found numerous restaurants both within walking distance and further away on the island with excellent cuisine when we chose to eat out. I do recommend renting a golf cart to enjoy all the island has to offer. The property manager and concierge were extremely helpful and quick to reply to all of our questions and needs.”

“We have been coming to Isla Mujeres for years. Always enjoy long weekends there. This is the first time not staying in a large house and renting a golf cart. Was the best decision. We had a prime spot everyday on the beach and ate breakfast at the Mayan beach Club located there on the property grounds. Was always good. The location cannot be beat, amazing beach and great restaurants all within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“We loved our stay in Isla. This place is great other than 2 issues. First the bad stuff. 1) there is a musty/ moldy smell on the second floor. We would not stay here again unless we were assured this was fixed. 2) The AC fan made a high pitched squeaky sound, it made it difficult to sleep at times. If these 2 things were fixed we would absolutely stay here again as the property is in a great location, lots of great restaurants and coffe shops and beach clubs around. The beds are really……

“Great place, even better than the pictures! Clean, new, fully equipped with everything you could want and more. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was set up with everything you need to cook for a family, plus. There were beach towels and umbrella, chairs, etc for use, comfortable furniture on the balcony to chill and watch the waves, The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful with hints and tips about the island. We put this at the top of our vacation rental experiences. ……

“We like staying at properties on the north end of Isla Mujeres. This was a new location for us and one we've always been curious about since it's close to Elektra bank, Ciro's golf cart and all things Hildago. It's an easy walk to the beach and great restaurants. The room boasted a great view of the sunrise. Simple, yet clean and accommodating with good a/c. Will book again.”

“We had an excellent stay and we will definitely be back! The condo was spotless and the kitchen was fully-equipped, all the kitchen utensils we needed were there. We loved that a filtered water dispenser was also available. If you arrive with a rental car/golf cart, there is an assigned parking space which is almost directly in front of the elevator, which is so convenient for those heavy luggages. But what we absolutely loved is the breathtaking view, which is the main reason we booked this……

"While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another friend finished their meal and tried to order again, the curly-haired male server called the older female server to assist, but she seemed unwilling. When yet another friend tried to order an additional dish, the older female server refused, claiming we could only order twice—a rule we were not informed of beforehand. Despite the poor service, we left a tip. Initially, I liked this hotel, but this experience ensures I won’t return. I hope future guests won’t face such unpleasant treatment and will be served with respect and warmth. "
