“Wonderful and warm staff, clean and huge rooms, walking distance to plazas and museums!”

“The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet. After reflecting to the customer service, we were reassigned to another room with a bigger shower cube, its spacious however hot water can only run for a short period, about 5-8 minutes. Other……

“Lovely hotel with brilliant helpful staff and a lovely library/bar/restaurant. Easy to walk everywhere in around 15-30 mins. The communal areas were very nice, but we found the areas with the rooms to be quite basic. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and there were even a couple of rose petals in random places in the room from last guest which was a bit odd. You can also hear a lot of noise from people in hallway from room and we were woken up by a big group of people opposite playing music and……

“The transportation is easy. Many choices of eating places. The cooking part in the room made me nervous, the alarm starts when you are in the middle of cooking. I experienced it the first day and my last day with the neighboring room, we need to evacuate but no sense of what was going on. Need to change the cooking system.”

“Very spacious hotel suite, however the bed was quite small and hard. It was very negative that they did not exchange our towels every day and just hang the dirty ones up after being placed in the basket for old towels. ”
