"Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. "

"旅館就在火車站旁的巷子裡，步行五分鐘可到達不需過橋。附近有超市、餐廳和商店，生活機能良好。旅館有電梯，但入口處有約十級的台階。房間空間大且乾淨，浴室跟廁所乾濕分離，但我住的房間廁所裡有一股化學物質(可能是油漆或清潔劑)的難聞氣味久久不散，需把廁所門關上才能擋住味道飄散出來。房間附冰箱跟熱水壺，有免費送一瓶水，寢具很舒服。整體來說，這間旅館對在威尼斯短期旅遊的旅人是個方便、理想的選擇。"
