“Location - excellent Breakfast - fantastic Housekeeping service - need improvement. The housekeeping will not be finished until after 3pm during our stay. The coffee cups have never been clean during our stay. ”

“Great location and a sweet small hotel. The hotel reception is in the cafe so there isn't much space or room for luggage. Our room was spotless and had an incredible lake view and the pool views were spectacular. The hairdryer needed replacing - outdated for 2025!”

“We stayed there three days. The area is just beautiful and the area is very walkable in order to see the sites.”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”
