“Great location! I frequent JAX on a regular basis and will def be booking this location when I want a great location on Jax Beach and need "A lot" of room for 8 grown adults! Also, very child friendly (have a portable crib on site). I will say if you have a larger vehicle (I have a F250) It can be a little of a challenge getting in and out of the property which is a shared parking lot with only one entrance and exit and no turn-around once to the parking lot. I had to back in from the road and……

“This home was clean, comfortable & was located close to the beach as well as coffee, a grocery store & shopping. The A.C. worked very well. I had a very pleasant stay. ”

“This was a great place to bring your dog for a weekend at the beach. He liked laying on the cool tiles in the hot summer heat. I loved that I could walk to the coffee shop a block away every morning and that the drive to Publix is just a couple of minutes. Lots of nearby public beach access with a parking lot. And there were lots of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and supplies for dishwashing and laundry. Communication with owners was friendly and fast. We had a great time. ”

“We just had a wonderful stay at One Ocean in a king balcony room. Love having coffee while watching the waves. Every aspect of the hotel (from the lobby, bar, spa, gym, pool, to the rooms) was beautifully decorated. (Yes, it may be older like some reviews say, but by no means did that take away from the experience). The staff knows hospitality!! Makes you feel valued and even had a nice surprise for us for our anniversary! This area is a hidden gem, not a tourist-feel, awesome restaurants,……
