“Great location. We walked to the center of town in just a few minutes. Very clean. And what a great town!! It was also a great surprise to have an EV charger in the parking lot. It’s not a high speed charger but on our last night in town, I plugged in and charged my car overnight like I do at home. And we were ready for the next part of our trip. Saved us a half an hour of travel time!”

“Had the most wonderful time in Jacksonville getting to stay in this beautiful cottage. The location is amazing with so much within walking distance and the hosts are some of the loveliest people. I have never felt so at home when staying in a home-share type stay than I did staying here at Charleen's Cottage. Highly recommend this location for your next stay in Jacksonville.”

“We were staying as a family for a family day camp. Didn’t get any check in information until I asked for it an hour before (so we were already on our way, hoping it would all work out). Despite the website listing, there was no WiFi to be found, and the A/C was sporadic at best (it was in the 90s and smoky). We were provided a 5 gallon bottle of water which was great, but given the heat we ran through that pretty fast. No response after the first day when we asked how to get more. Also no key……
