“Booked this room a few hours before we came. Called the number to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone. Texted and called on their regular phone as well as WhatsApp - no replies. It’s showing left on read. No response. Drove to the address - the neighborhood is a scary and absolutely not safe. Kept on calling them and knocking on a locked gate - no luck. “Thasheca gave clear details about the expectations for entering and leaving the property, how to use the appliances, etc within the apartment, as well as how to find reasonably priced places around town. She is prompt and very personable. I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. The contact person/owner was VERY rude in declaring that expectation. As someone who has been using hotels.com for over 10 years (……

“I wish there was an option for zero star!! The property was a total scam! No information to check in was provided, there was no one at the property, and the contact number does not work. Worst booking experience ever!!! Spoiled my entire trip and wasted my time. ”
