“Took for ever to get our room at check in, then when we got there the AC was not working and took forever to change our room went through 3 different people before we got a change of room...unbelievable!”

The backdrop of the waterfall at the dining area was very stunning - to look at, to hear and feel the ambience it created. Appreciated the various sitting areas at the lobby area, dining area and 1st floor. There were some beautiful wall pictures depicting the culture of Jamaica that was very inviting and nostalgic. “I loved the warm welcome. Our waitress Claudia was the best. I would like for one person to be able to book everyone for dinner at Italian restaurant. The separate reservations made it hard for a party of ten to reserve . We had4 birthdays to celebrate over our vacation time. Loved that we could enjoy free activities and go to other resorts to eat lunch. I loved the snack bar. I better understand the terminology about how to get another bed in room for another person to have a bed. This was……
