“Three House Hotel is in an excellent location for walking around Old Town, along the waterfront and to various restaurants, shopping and farmers market. Marcio, the manager, took me to the rooftop pool, bar and showed me their 360 deg view of Funchal. He showed me all the elevators and demonstrated how to use the various apparatus’ in the fully stocked kitchen. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very hospitable. “Spacious room but needs to be refreshed, at least painting. We had a nice sea view from the window. The staff was welcoming and nice. The breakfast was average, almost without pastries; breakfast coffee was not good, if not bad. Regarding dinners, bars and pool, we haven't try any of them, so can say nothing. Overall good, but can be better for the price. ”

“Personell was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have allergen information on the name tags off the food. I had a room with double sea view, but there was a hotel being build, so I couldn't see the ocean from my balcony/room unless I looked around the corner. There were airconditioning ventilators outside my room on a roof. That was a lot of noise. ”
