“Wonderful brand new hotel that was like a small studio apartment! Very comfortable, well designed, beautiful materials and aesthetic. Extremely clean, quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable. The service at front desk was superb--friendly, knowledgeable and constantly present. The breakfast was ample with nice options. Would definitely recommend staying here and would do so myself should I return to Eugene!”

“As always, I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Springfield/Eugene. I stay there multiple times a year to visit family, and every time I encounter kind, professional people at the front desk and room that is clean and quiet. The location is also pretty central for navigating the area. Thanks, team, and see you again in a couple months. :)”

“The place was ok. Management made us feel like if we moved too quickly/loudly tht we wld be kicked out or charged a fee. Had to pay $250 dep which is rediculous. They say its back within 3-6 bizz days but we r well over a week and a half and still nothing!!!.Breakfast is a crappy grab and go which isnt advertised as such.”

“Typically we stay here 3-4 times a year and it's great. This time the breakfast had very limited choices. During the evening there were drunk people fighting outside and in the morning a homeless person sleeping in front of our room. I was disappoonted as typocally we are very pleased”

“Bed very comfortable. TV channels good once we figured out which remote (there were two, no labels); Toilet was low to the ground and hard to stand up without a grab-bar... and there was a very barky little dog down the hall who was till barking until almost 11 pm. :-( We'd do it again, but ask for a room with a toilet seat a little higher off the floor.”
