“The reception staff were exceptional. Teta and Lauraine stood out as they both went beyond and about to ensure we had the best from our stay. They are a true credit to the hotel. Bogdan was a super chap and was our waiter in the evening. Again a truly valuable member of the hotel staff. The only negative thing was the attitude of the maitre d' at night. Otherwise could not be faulted. A fabulous place to stay. Thank you.”

There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from……
