“環境非常乾淨”

“Ryan was a gem. I mentioned in the chat that I was hoping to get my room earlier to get ready for my cousins wedding. He said he could try for 2 and he moved things around and surprised me when I arrived at 1 with a room that was ready for hours at that point. I was able to get ready in perfect time for the wedding. We even talked about how my chat made him laugh because i had asked to speak to a live person because I work in a hotel and recognize the auto replies. I was worried I sounded rude……

“Hotel was clean. The pink color makes that you find the hotel. Front desk people are friendly. The only thing is the elevator and the beds are small. Everything else is nice. Close to the beach, and a lot of restaurants to eat in the boardwalk. ”
