“如果不是當天沒有其他選擇，我不會住到這裡來，周遭的環境是相當複雜的，附近的房子都另外加裝鐵門窗，一下Uber 就感受到來自四面八方的打量，讓我的警戒升到最高點，飯店裡飄散著不知是焚香味還是咖哩味，房門鎖有些壞掉很難弄，老闆的小孩一直在哭鬧不停，還有兩隻蒼蠅一直在房間裏飛來飛去，不太好的住宿經驗，寧可多花幾千元住市區，也不要一個人住到這裡。”

“Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!”

“Chateau Tivoli is a uniquely authentic Victorian bed and breakfast experience. If you’re more into elevators, grab and go food, and isolation, not for you. If you’re into architecture, history, community, gourmet breakfast (and convenient location), give it a try. Absolutely delightful, conscientious staff, and unmatched decor, this lodging added a layer of value to our San Francisco experience for which we found worth and we are grateful.”

“We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central ”
