“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“It was nice and quaint.”

“Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“There was a massive pile of trash next to our room door (4 large trash bags) and dirty spots all over the curtains ”
