“Had an excellent stay at the Old Town House. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Margate as you are a short 15min walk away from the train station and right in the old town centre next to great coffee shops, restaurants and more. The room was beautiful and clean, bed super comfortable and overall a lovely stay for the price. Really easy check in system too with keyless access. Thank you Anne & Mark”

“Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING……

“Couldn't have asked for more for a short stay in Margate. 2 mins walk to the beach and very close to the centre and main amenities. Very dog friendly which is a plus, but still exceptionally clean. Room facilities excellent - lots of towels, very comfy bed, toiletries and plenty of tea & coffee. Jim is an exceptional host; the best we have ever had; cannot do too much for you. Great welcome and chat about what there is to see and do in the local and surrounding areas, buses etc. Jim, you are……

“The continental breakfast was lovely. The evening meal we booked was delicious and as it was Friday we had a live band . Unfortunately their groupies came and hogged the dance floor all night. The room was nicely decorated and we had a sea view. the location is not good, on a steep hill with only a bus hourly.”
