The location is perfect for anyone visiting Margate as you are a short 15min walk away from the train station and right in the old town centre next to great coffee shops, restaurants and more. “Pleasant stay helped by very good weather. Hotel nicely positioned and efficiently managed. Bed was small so sleep was not good. Room 409 needs a king sized bed to meet modern expectations. Bar and restaurant both very good. ”

“Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING……

“The Royal Albion is a lovely hotel, offers a traditional atmosphere and stylish decor. Great location, overlooking Viking Bay with easy access to the beach and charming town. The sea-facing rooms offer stunning views across the bay. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast is a highlight. It's delicious, best one I have had in an UK B&B, offering a variety of delicious options, including cooked-to-order choices, it goes well beyond the standard full English……
