“Lovely 2 night stay at the Lookout by the bay in Herne bay Kent such a lovely way of life watching locals and holiday makers make most of the lovely cobbled beach. Lively in the summer from morning till night really is a lovely place. Sitting on the balcony watching the world go by was so relaxing and peaceful. Great views. Nice breeze comes through the apartment which was so nice especially as it was very hot when we stayed. It’s a home from home, got everything you’ll need to have a great stay……

“Stayed on a Friday night as we were at a family do. Perfect for us. Had the twin. Both beds comfortable - one softer than the other. Had everything we needed. There's limited on site parking but wasn't an issue for us as road restrictions finish early evening and there's no restrictions on the Sunday. The owner was attentive and helpful. Information sheet was perfect. The breakfast was excellent! ”

“The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.”
