“We absolutely love this place. The Property manager Omar and his wife are such amazing people. We truly feel like family when we come here. The property is so relaxing. There is a nice walking trail, it's quiet, the cottages are cozy and well stocked with everything you need, there is a pool and Jacuzzi as well. ”

“The little house was very comfortable and perfect for our family. Definitely awesome to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The views are beautiful and if we had time, we would have loved to sit on the front porch and enjoy the views with a cup of coffee.”

“We celebrated my 50th w/22 guests & we were all trying to find a way to describe this property. The word we all agreed on was EPIC!!From the moment of booking, John made everything easy!! People flew into San Antonio & Austin, rented passenger vans & were at the ranch in 2 hours. This place is beyond unique!!! The adventurous dirt road leads you to the property & out of nowhere, Red Sands towers before you. We didn’t know what to do first; the water slide, diving board, golf cart ride, lounge……

“If you would like to get away from it all, this is the place! Just you and nature. The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable beds. The rec room has many options to keep everyone busy. Not to mention the pool. Great host!”

“My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy.”

“Owner supposedly didn’t see our booking and therefore the rental was not cleaned at all in preparation for our stay. Apparently, the owner is the person I’m paying to the cleaning fee to and they were on vacation or out of town and couldn’t clean. Thus, the property manager offered no options and immediately canceled our reservation; using the natural disaster or property damage option. Keep in mind this is at almost 5 pm, which is also when Vrbo begins cutting off same day bookings. So we were……
