“We had a great stay. The check in process was difficult. We could only get into our unit because the house cleaner was still there and could help us with the code. There was a couple there with us, trying to get into their unit and their lock had to be recoded. Phone calls were needed. Our AC didn't work. Otherwise nice place and near beaches and sightseeing places. A bit loud at night as near street.”

“We had requested early check in, but this was not acknowledged and we had to wait an hour in order for our rooms to be available. The accomodations were standard, but the area was extremely safe with several restaurants within walking distance. The parking and hotel property were very well maintained with excellent lighting. Definitely a keeper on our list!”

“A nice and more affordable option for those visiting North Lake Tahoe. The Granlibakken has an old-school Tahoe vibe, which can be both charming and dated. This particular room, while checking all the boxes, definitely has a bit of "staying the night at Grandma's house) vibe. Furniture is fully functional, but could use an upgrade. Overall, would stay again for the price, but would enjoy it more with a little refresh.”
