“Its quaint. Front desk person is nice and friendly. Probably my go to spot when i come to Hammondsport. Its more of a family feel then the other hotels in the area.”

“The rooms are recently renovated. The inside was very clean. This hotel is a work in progress as many others and I hope them all the best in bringing this place up to full glamor once again. I was always brought to small motels/hotels as a kid and now I root for all the people that are trying to keep these older establishments running. I encourage others to give this a stay. “Great place to stay, did an overnight as I had a meeting the next town over, and it was a great get away. Spenser was great, very quick with responding, and made sure our stay was everything we wanted. ”

“Hotel Naples is very unique. While check in and out are contactless, the process is simple and you have everything you need. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed (Sunday), unfortunately, and dining options are limited in Naples. However, we did dine at Roots, which was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to Hotel Naples.”

“Excellent location with an amazing view of Keuka Lake. The 2 bedroom suite was cozy, clean, and just right for our visit. The parking was convenient since the downstairs restaurant was not open yet for the season. The balcony was very nice and roomy and relaxing. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!!! Thank you. ”

“It was beautifull quiet cozy and the hosts were very welcoming my daughters had a wonderfull time used some of the crafts that the hosts left for them and my wife and i enjoyed sitting on the deck relaxing looking over the pond drinking coffee ”
