“We booked a ocean view room, but at first they gave us a room totally not view room, we have to talk to them again to get our right room! Don’t like this service”

“The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years, with rotating options, an omelet bar, and fresh cut pineapple. It was an all around 5 star stay. ”

“Our family really enjoyed the property. Very nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would’ve been nice if the cleaning folks had checked and cleaned the pullout couch as we found a gum wrapper and top of a torn off beef jerky pouch in the bed when we opened it up. Not great but not a deal breaker either. Otherwise, we loved this place and would definitely stay there again.”

“Amazing location, beautiful property, spacious condo, wonderful staff, wonderful amenities. Loved every aspect! Check in was smooth, check out was easy. I did, in talking to other guests, find that I paid thousands more than most I talked to, so I was a little disappointed with that, but that was somewhat expected booking Hawaii in April. ”

“Our stay was very relaxing. Resort is very beautiful and quiet. Condo has anything you need. We felt right at home with ultra comfortable beds, every utensil, dish, and appliance you can think of in the kitchen. Great stay!”
