“Nice stay, house is in beautiful grounds. Only complaint breakfast not good, scrambled eggs were terrible (1) not scrambled egg but some mass prepared egg (2) served cold. Ran out of croissants and meats at the self serve bar.”

“Lovely breakfast included. 10 minute walk to Molineaux Stadium. Comfortable bed. Would stay again. The personnel were terrific!”

“The only problem is the parking but you can park at the Seven Valley Railway for £4 for 24 hrs and only a short walk so no worries”

“Lovely apartment clean and well layed out, but to have a microwave hob and oven I feel it should have pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is a tv mounted on the wall but no aerial lead so you could only get on demand programs. Coffee tea and sugar was provided. This is a new complex ( about a month old )and I understand that it’s still needs refining ”

“Great place, used many times before, safe and quiet and theres a great Chinese Massage place across the road where they do happy endings and a few pubs and restaurants close by. Rooms are very nice. ”

“Quaint wee hotel, great value food”

“The room was amazing as we were upgraded due to a bed mix up. Sara was a great introduction to this hotel. Very friendly and helpful, as was the breakfast server. The duvet cover needed to be bigger as it only just reached both sides of the bed and the under sheets came off during our sleep, so these need to be bigger too. It would be beneficial to have a choice of pillows. The bed was comfortable. ”

“Food, staff and room were great. All staff were pleasant and friendly and the meal I had was really good quality. The room was beautiful and a great size, separate seating area and huge bathroom with double shower. The noise behind my room however, was terrible, bottles and rubbish being emptied day and night (tried to sleep late afternoon following a long drive). The mattress needed upgrading too so sleep was very broken, which sadly took the edge off an otherwise great hotel/pub. Bottle for……

“The hotel is an old fashioned manor house with lots of character. The staff are great and very freindly. The rooms are very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Great 1 night stay whilst on business in Birmingham. ”
