“The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny. Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. ”

“The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have……

“The staff was fast and courteous in responding to my needs and questions. I appreciated its convenience in accessing all the sights we wanted to see in the Kansas City area. The breakfasts were great and there was plenty of food and choices. I highly recommend this place. ”
