“This property was perfect for our family vacation. 10 people stayed 9 nights at the house. The house, pool, hot tub, yard, and waterfront views was amazing, even better than we expected. “Our family had visited the Big Island 21 years ago and loved the experience then. We love the quiet laid back experience of sitting on the lanai looking at the ocean. The facilities are great and the shopping center is within walking distance while Kailua is a short drive. Snorkeling at the beach is also a quick walk as well. ”

“We can’t say enough good things about our stay. The pictures do not do it justice. We were not at all bothered by the third floor walk up the stairs as it provided us with the most beautiful ocean views with breathtaking sunsets. The house has everything you need. The AC is a perk as we have twice stayed in Hawaii without it and this was so much better. We saw whales and dolphins right off the lanai while we enjoyed our morning breakfasts. “When looking at staying for 7 days in Kona for an adult family of 4 we looked at resorts and we looked at vacation rentals. This property kept coming up and the only reason I didn’t book sooner was because it wasn’t directly on the water. There is a golf hole between the backyard of this property and the ocean. But the price was great for the amenities. The home has a private saltwater pool and hot tub, it has a great master bedroom and bathroom. It has all of the stuff you need in the kitchen.……
