“Very cute cabin, private without being isolated. The bed was quite comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed. Bathroom was nice and clean (as was the rest of the place), the check in was easy, as was communication with the owner. Quick access to Exit Glacier, but also 10 minutes or so from food, gas, and downtown Seward. Highly recommended!”

“Great stay, enjoyed the lake and canoeing right by a bald eagle (canoe, paddle board, and kayak were available on the property)!FYI: Recommended to bring bottled water with you during your stay. Cabin is set deep in the neighborhood and you will take several right angle turns while on the same road (perhaps due to the history of military and homestead square tracts). ”

“A cozy cabin with all the essentials but running water AKA Dry. Comfortable queen bed, pull out couch and a loft with couple of coats which we did not need or used. Small fridge and microwave. Chuck had a freezer in the cabin and allowed us to store our salmon during the stay. Chuck and Dorothy were gracious in setting up a propane cook top outside and also provided a pot, pan, dishes and cutlery which were perfect for the two of us making breakfast and dinner. Soldotna was only 18 minutes by……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Peaceful Cabins. The hosts, Harold and Bobbi, were extremely helpful and quick to respond to us. The cabins were very nice and very well stocked. The gardens around the property were beautiful. Very conveniently located just south of Soldotna so our trips into Soldotna as well as down to Homer were close. We will be back for sure!!”
