“We had a large room with sofa and a huge bathroom. We overlooked the garden and were above the patio. It was quite noisy with people chatting outside and smokers. Food was good. Staff friendly. It was Bank holiday and there was a wedding party staying there. Breakfast was chaos the poor staff couldn't keep up with demand. The management should have put extra staff on duty. Commendation to Phillis who kept her cool and had a friendly attitude.”

“Bed was clean and comfortable ! Thankfully! Room was unclean and gross. I.e. toilet/ sink, cupboards / tea station / skirtings / cushion Dirty and old blood spots on it. Carpets very dirty , etc,. Price for room was good ! If this was all taken care of , prime spot , area excellent. Sad about the cleanliness ! ”
