“The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. ”

“Nice smallish, comfortable, downtown hotel. Well placed for access to Chicago assets. (Only 2 elevators, one didn't work). ”

“Check-in and check-out was smooth. Rooms offered espresso, but not have a kettle for heating water for tea, but upon request, the concierge sent up a large kettle asap. The staff was friendly and responsive. The area around the hotel was fantastic to walk. It was also pretty close to a primary bus line that we could take to soldier field for a concert, as well as Montrose Beach the following day. This makes getting around Chicago so much nicer than driving it!”

“This is a great hotel with excellent service and clean rooms. Downstairs is the business district. Shopping is very convenient.”

“We came to Chicago to visit museums and the apartment was clean and conveniently located. It had everything we needed for our stay. One note, parking is listed as an amenity. However, it wasn’t included, though there were many secure lots within a block to pay and park.”
