“We stayed in this condo area last year, and got this last minute condo for a week this year, and were happy to find out that it was another of Connie’s properties again! Levilla was super spacious for our family of 3, and there was more than adequate trailer parking for our boat and jet skis. Definitely appreciate the in house laundry—you can pack less that way! We had a fantastic week in Bellaire, and will always consider Connie’s properties first if we come back again! ”

“Shore Beats work is a lovely property. The grounds are well maintained and it is back far enough from the road that you don't hear road noise. The interior is comfortable and spacious. There were ten in our group and we did't feel crowded. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to prepare meals easily. Although there are many amenities to the property that we were unable to utilize due to the rainy weekend, we liked the huge outdoor seating area on the deck, swing and firepit. The host……

“This was a nice property to stay. The only issue we had was when we got to the property. I did not find our room number until I double checked the booking and noticed it was on the address. So when you do go to Check-in and find your room. Check the address and it will have the room number.”

“Perfect stay in Charlevoix in a very nice neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan, a 20 minute walk to downtown, or a 20 minute walk to Lake Charlevoix. Owner/property manager was extremely helpful. He has a paddleboard that we used and that turned out to be a lot of fun for all of us. House was very clean, everything worked well. There was plenty to do in and around Charlevoix like fishing, and mushroom houses, and feed the fish and hiking and golf and swimming and boating. Already……

“From the curb you might think there's no way its as big as listed. The house goes deep. Plenty of room on the main floor for entertaining with almost all bedrooms upstairs. Clean, plenty of cooking utensils and sil erware. Hosts are quick to respond. Perfect for our group.”
