There was plenty of room for 12 of us from 10 months old to 85 years old. We enjoyed our afternoon in Elk Rapids. There's a great playground on the beach with plenty of shade and bathrooms near by. “The cabin was filthy and needed deep cleaning. In detail: There were cobwebs hanging places that were obviously many years old. The floor had not been cleaned within for 4" of the wall for years. It is an old rustic cabin which was expect. On day two the rental company called us to check in on our stay. I told them this.
