“I always pick this hotel while staying in Traverse City. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. Easy parking (two handicap spots). Bathrooms have soap and shampoo available for guests. The only negative that ai have is the toilet is low to the ground and makes it challenging for those with medical needs. Room was very clean and bedding was clean. ”

“The room was wonderful. Whirl pool tub was clean and very relaxing. Forgot our charger and front desk was not very nice on helping use. We know people forget them and have spares for people to use. Hubby works out of town and stays in same hotels. Will be traveling again next year for our anniversary and will stay in same hotel.”

“Basic property, clean but no frills. The hot cold water was reversed. Drew what I thought was cold water to take my meds. Ended up with a mouth full of meds and very hot water to wash them down. I can’t be the first to mention this and it’s still wrong!”

“The front desk was friendly and helpful, the person who checked us out was also pleasant. The outside area was very attractive with a pretty garden and colorful furniture- great beach vibe! We had a fabulous view, which could not have been beaten and considering the price we paid, we could not have been happier with the place. Would certainly go there again.”
