“There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. My request for the discount rate was considered by email, and I will check my visa to make sure it is deducted. Access to the fob or keys were a bit……

“When i had book the 1 night stay for the may long weekend i had talked to Megan at the front desk and explained that i was coming into town for my daughters baby shower and needed to store my gifts somewhere so my daughter would not see them, she arraigned for us to get early check in !!! thank so much the property was very clean and the breakfast bar was great with so many options to choose from ....the mattresses in the room were of good quality and the linens were fresh and crisp for a good……

“The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. ”

“Staff were accommodating to our late arrival and laundry room ”

“Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice.”

“There was spider and spider net in the room, the power sockets on the floor which made it difficult to get charge for the phone. Other than that, it was a great experience.”
