“The house is beautiful and well maintained! We had a great time using the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to cook for 12. We had such a great time, I don’t think a tv was turned on … except for the movie playing in the theater by our 20 something’s! Can’t wait for the Haunt convention next year as we’ll be back! Thanks for a great weekend!”

“The place was initially hard to find, even though it was right in Rt 1. The house was very clean. It would have been helpful to know that it would be difficult for someone elderly or with physical limitations to navigate in and around the home. Lots of step ups and downs to get into different rooms. Uneven floors. It was rainy that weekend and the steps into the home were slippery. The house should be described as very rustic in the advertisement in VRBO. The downstairs bedroom was very drafty……

“This property is ideal for any event at the surrounding colleges and universities because of the location, but don’t delay booking because it fills quickly. The host responded to our emails within 24 hours prior to our stay and responded within 30 minutes during our stay. We need to reach out to them once during our stay and received an email plus a phone call to ensure they were able to answer our question. This was a very nice personal touch!
