“Friendly staff, the room was nice, I love the kitchen, the dishes, and the appliances in the room. There are plenty of chairs, a a pullout bed in the sofa, and the bathroom toiletries was also nice. The king bed was comfy. We were in room 1009, and there could be a little bit more improvements. In the bathroom there were hairs on the ceiling above bathtub, there was some sticky spots on the wall and light switch, and the curtain rod had some screws coming out. “We really enjoyed our stay. It was a weekend trip with my husband. We've stayed at nice hotels but we felt like the Conrad staff really went over and beyond to take care of us. The pool and hot tub were really great added amenities and everything was well kept.”
