“Do not use VRBO and Do NOT stay at this property. The layout of the house is great but it has major flaws; rotten floors that have been covered with LVP and an inefficient HVAC system that was ignored and masked with poorly installed window units on the third floor. When it rained, water POURED in from the window units and seeped into an electrical outlet. It was a serious hazard and the property manager didn’t seem to care for hours. “This house was in a great location! Just a short walk to the beach, the grocery store and (most importantly) Duck Donuts! The sound is also a quick bike ride or drive away while still in the neighborhood. While check in was expected to be early evening due to enhanced cleaning, we were informed the property was ready well before the deadline. We also received a voucher for beach rentals which was a huge blessing! The home was well equipped and ready for us. The kitchen in particular (except for……

“Very nice house, exceptionally clean, close to grocery store and community pool, and tennis. The pool and Hot tub were really enjoyed by the family. Well equipped kitchen was very nice too. ”

“House was great!! Location great!! Yard had not been cut in weeks. On arrival tv's 8 total didn"t work. After 2 days a property manager attendant got 2 working but the other 6 never worked the 14 days we were there!! The furniture is very worn and the kitchen needs pots and pans updated. I know this sounds bad but it is a great house and a great location just a little attention is all that is needed and we would love to stay there again!!”
