“A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. ”

“Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. ”

“Circle in the Sand was the nicest home we’ve rented in OBX. We’ve been going for years and gone through a different realty company. The Director of Operations for Surf or Sound, David, was extremely communicative and checked on us a couple of times. The house was beautiful and so clean. It had all the amenities we were looking for and was close enough to the beach that we could easily walk. We will definitely consider this property again for future visits and will definitely rent through Surf or……

“Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. ”
