“This was our first time staying in Avon. This was a cozy room in a great location. The Avon Pier was right across the street. Coffee in the cafe was delicious and convenient. Dawn was accommodating and had great recommendations for area restaurants. We also enjoyed a clay class and made our own coffee mugs. What a great experience. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Misty Mermaid- it was beautiful and clean…lots of space and all we needed. Short walk to the beach and great views from the multiple balconies. We would definitely stay again! Also great communication with owner! ”

“Wonderful stay for me and my family. Litterally the only thing i would say is the bathrooms might need some updating and maybe a few cosmetic updates. But litterally everything else was wonderful!”

“The house could’ve been a lot cleaner. As we stayed over the a full week, you could tell the house was not cleaned thoroughly and we found trash in and outside the house. To finish out the week, we ran into an ant problem and no one from Vacasa never followed up. For the price, it was a rip off and totally disappointed.”

Love the quiet hours for neighborhood. Keypad lock made it easy for us to come and go from the beach in groups. Convenient private outside shower and rinse station. Within delivery range for pizza from Buxton. Close to the grocery, gas, & emergency beach supplies. Easy TV login for streaming services. Easy to use hot tub.……

“The DECK was absolutely perfect. A very accurate listing plenty of space, cookware/dishware, with a great grilling area. With multiple places to eat meals it felt like we were at 5 different restaurants. Location was nice - it was a short walk to the beach (2min) and a short drive to the fish market(3min)/grocery store(5min). Chuck (property manager) was very prompt to responding to emails for any of the questions we had throughout the trip.”
