“Overall, very nice location and right on the beach. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the sand build up due to the winds. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. Got out the next morning and found a hose buried under about a foot of sand and rinsed the windows off. The sand……

“Overall it’s a great place, does have a lot of stairs over 3 flights. Could use a good deap clean and updating of a few items (chairs, glass window screens). But is a great home for a big family vacation right next to the beach. ”

“From the moment that we arrived and saw the ocean waves until the last moment of “Farewell” - this home, the view, and the accommodations including the warmth of the fireplace were “MAGIC!”Our recent college graduate daughter finally let down and actually read a “Fun” book looking out over the water wrapped in a soft blankie by the fireplace, my husband amazingly STOPPED for the five days we stayed here and really, really enjoyed himself and contemplated his retirement a few years away. “Great room/kitchen was spacious allowing room for our family and others to share time together. Cleaning of home was adequate, however a deeper cleaning is needed. Neighborhood was nice, easy walk to beach as well as paved trails leading thru Kiwanda Shores.”

“We had a problem with the key box, a little hard to navigate who to call but when we got through they were excellent and sent local ream to solve the problem. ”
