“Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. The stuff is so kind and you have the tea or coffe service for 24hours which I think is very nice. Next time to London, I will definitely choose this hotel. It have my recommendation.”

“I didn't know that there are three different buildings and I was supposed to book back the one I stayed few years ago. Then they arranged the one at The Capital Hotel which the room is not newly renovated, and the heater/air-conditioner is super noisy. I switched it off all the time. ”

“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm.
