“We have been staying at this specific location for years, and for the most part have a great experience. This time though, there was a fire alarm between 1-2am. It took a long time for everything to be inspected and reset, and then when we were finally allowed to return to our room, the alarm went off AGAIN! It was an extremely unpleasant experience. “This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade. Even though there are newer hotels in the area, I chose to come back here because both the older and newer rooms feel clean, comfortable, and not at all……
