“This is a little gem out of history. I feel like I passed into a different time period staying here, it was incredible. They have this adorable saloon with great live music.”

“Wonderful place to stay, but we were put in The Palace Wing, which had no elevators and two long stairways which you have to carry your luggage up. Another negative was no mini refrigerator or microwave! It was located right next to the Durango train station. ”

“My first review of DoubleTree by Hilton in Durango was not very complementary. All but one of the issues I raised then were promptly addressed by hotel management and staff. However, when I checked out, my bill was $24.01 more than I'd been quoted by Expedia.com. Apparently, the new desk clerks charged me $12.00 per night for two night's parking which the manager told me they had agreed not to charge for parking after I had complained about that in my first review. So that was NOT fixed to my……
