“酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来”

“Very cute property. The room we stayed in was on the 2nd floor and had a nice view of the lake. Should note that there is no elevator but the front desk person did offer to carry our bags up the stairs for us. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“酒店近年有翻新過所以環境設施各方面都挺好的，是可以帶寵物同行入住的，需要收取一定費用，酒店的早餐蠻好的，要注意房間沒有配備免費的飲用水，都是要收費的，總體綜合還是挺好的～”

When there is an issue, its resolved right away. The pool is perfect....temp and saltwater. the only thing needed is a rail to get our of the pool for my mom. We look forward to our next trip. ”
