“酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来”

“酒店近年有翻新過所以環境設施各方面都挺好的，是可以帶寵物同行入住的，需要收取一定費用，酒店的早餐蠻好的，要注意房間沒有配備免費的飲用水，都是要收費的，總體綜合還是挺好的～”

“Pool and spa were very enjoyable. Birds drinking from sauna and catching bugs on lawn even better.Nice quite stay.”

“Everything was perfect very well stocked with supplies and kitchen equipment. The only thing we had a problem with was the app I downloaded to access the control of the jacuzzi and be able to use it anytime was not working or heating up when needed. Or the backyard lights in landscape we couldn’t see it was dark in backyard. 7:30 pm and on I couldn’t acces lights from app either .But Scott was very helpful and reliable in a timely manner to accommodate us to make up for it .& everything else……

“This is our third time and we still love this home! “Uncle Bill” has been so easy to work with and responsive to any feedback. The home is beautiful, the pool overlooking the golf course is lovely, the grill was great, lit for easy cooking at night. Lots of rooms with space for all of us. Great kitchen, oven, huge round table for all of us. Our family loves this home and we look forward to coming back!”
