“酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来”

“酒店近年有翻新過所以環境設施各方面都挺好的，是可以帶寵物同行入住的，需要收取一定費用，酒店的早餐蠻好的，要注意房間沒有配備免費的飲用水，都是要收費的，總體綜合還是挺好的～”

“Very cute property. The room we stayed in was on the 2nd floor and had a nice view of the lake. Should note that there is no elevator but the front desk person did offer to carry our bags up the stairs for us. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“This property is really beautiful, next to a great desert hiking trail, in an upscale community, and only 35 minutes to Palm Springs and 1 hour to Joshua Tree NP. We stayed for a week with family friends — 7 adults, 5 kids and 2 dogs in all — and had room to spread out. We used the excellent hot tub/pool twice per day, drank coffee on the porch, played on the basketball court, cooked dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, and watched movies and played games at night. It was a relaxing retreat and……

“This was our second time renting a villa in PGA West from Ken. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and super clean. The patio view of the golf course and mountains is spectacular. The pool is next door, making it convenient to take a quick dip or relax with a good book. Ken responds quickly to any questions and makes the check-in process seamless. We’re looking forward to our next visit in November. ”

“We love it here! This home is so well taken care of, clean and a perfect place to rake our family trips. My mom, dad, husband and daughter have stayed at many places and nothing compares. When there is an issue, its resolved right away. The pool is perfect....temp and saltwater. the only thing needed is a rail to get our of the pool for my mom. We look forward to our next trip. ”
