“Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had. This resort exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I am already looking for another opportunity to come back. Staff are very polite and friendly, food was delicious, and the beach was amazing. Several bilingual staff to support me but Jefferson was hands down an integral part of my trip. “We enjoyed our stay at Cana Rock out host was quick with answering any questions I had before arriving. Apartment is nice and open , loved having first floor to pool access. We had issues with TV , washing machine and ceiling fan but all were resolved quickly by the assistance of the local host. I would recommend. Bring extra towels for pool or beach. ”

“The hotel was not cleaned up for the next day you will find all the previous days cups and drinks all over. The hallway and elevators were dirty and elevators weren’t even working! We had to go up stairs 3 levels.. upon check in we had difficulty finding rooms and when asked staff they didnt know either.
