“The first night was great second time today the room toilet overflowed and I had to get a plunger and and they wasn't one and I had to walk all the way to the office to get one and when I got back it was a huge mess!”
"The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room."
